At Alpine & Ash, each piece is thoughtfully handmade, and we take great care in creating and packaging every order.
Because our items are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
