Alpine & Ash Return Policy

At Alpine & Ash, each piece is thoughtfully handmade, and we take great care in creating and packaging every order.

Because our items are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.

To report a damaged item, please email alpineandashcolorado@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once we review your message, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
