Thank you for supporting Alpine & Ash! Each item is handmade with care, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and internationally.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders are shipped using Shopify Shipping carriers.
Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

International: Delivery times vary by country and may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to reship the order once it is returned, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
